This is not the first time words have been spoken in Russia about striking at decision-making centers. I would say it's been mentioned quite often already. It seems the time has come to carry out that strike. Who is sitting in those decision-making centers? Right now, we are talking about the territory of Ukraine. Who's there—those Ukrainian generals, brave but never victorious, or advisors, or both—it shouldn't concern us anymore. In my opinion, we have reached that point. That's the first thing. This will be a serious demonstration that the jokes with the West are over.
